Hey guys! This is my first lowpoly modeling tree using max and following the technique of Damian Lazarski I'm happy with the result & hope you like it :)
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out to discuss a highly technical topic today. It's about the incredibly realistic animations in the upcoming game ILL. I don’t know how many of you have seen the trailer recently, but the way the creatures look like they have actual fleshy skin and their natural posing really caught my eye.…
I started up max earlier this evening, but all my fonts within max have gone weird and the menus oversized. on the modify panel, the font seems to be a very low res system font. sigh
When I import OBJs they come in like this. Wrireframe shows nothing. The modifier stack is visible but not the model. This is happening with objs that I know work otherwise. Any ideas?
Can anyone script a little readout that displays the length of the currently selected edge? This would be useful for checking corner sharpness on sub-d models.
Is it possible to hide at the element level? I'm rigging a character that has lots of different elements in the same mesh so it's uber hard to skin paint. Thanks!
