I ran some render tests and some of the ambient shadows were too strong(the metal piece at the bottom of the sheath, for example), but that was just because the object weren't close enough to eachother. The rest of the model was fine, so I decided to move on to texturing. I also prepared an ID map to have an easier time… -

This is one of the strangest ideas I've seen, I think you should make it into a jet bike with 4 fold away legs so the cat runs with rider attached till it reaches full speed then a turbine kicks in and woosh, off they go! I like Anuxinamoon's idea with the tail, but not a furry one :) -

The bake is nice, texture are good too, wondering how you did the carbon fiber. Only thing that bugs me is the reflective shader, the bike looks more like its sugar coated than reflective material, maybe that has something to do with the AO bake + reflection? It bugs me also that there is a bit of red paint over the seat :P -

A lot of what was said above rings very true on my end also, I just kind of forgot some of those things :) And yes to add to the fan base. I remember releasing UT2004 and having the fan base go wild. Basically people mostly thought we got it right compared to UT2003. It is fun to have the fan base enjoy the work you have…
