With all the crazy and fast changes the animations go through, They'd have to be heavily reworked mocap, right? I'm not much of an animator, so I don't really know. Looks really great either way, the characters have a lot of personality and interaction going on. That can't be easy to do well.
Javier, if the piece is intended to be interactive and close to the players space, I would model out a very simple interior with some very light assets to communicate the type of storefront, etc. Separate the windows as alphas and materials for a lower opacity so that the interior is not clearly visible, but visible enough…
That video was great! The show seems slow paced at times but that video is a reminder of all the crazy shit that has gone down. I liked the last episode just fine. Surprised so many people are hating on it. I think it was good to see a little more of the White family's personal interactions.
I heard somewhere that the red colored elements are the ones you mostly interact with : jump pads, gas pipes aso. Maybe something to bear in mind when deciphering the gameplay. Anyways, can't wait for this. Loved the Ico tribute-ish when she stands over the city. Goosebumps, yum!
man.. *looks in bank account* 100$ down.. only 595 to go! this looks really sweet.. How is the interactivity between say photoshop and modo? Can you paint a texture in modo, open it in PS and paint some more than let it autoupdate in modo and keep workin from there etc?
Oh and something that I wish people would have told me before I got into QA... If you are working QA to get a foot in the industry, DON'T do QA at a publisher (EA, Activision, etc). You wont be treated well, and you will have close to zero interaction with the devs.
Reminder to @artistb I am merging your topics together into "Free Blender 3D Tutorials on Youtube". This is how we manage members who only advertise their own content here, but don't otherwise interact with any other members. As a reminder, please only post in your original thread, thanks.
As stated above brdf is an approximation of how light interacts with a surface and has cock all to do with pbr as a system beyond the fact you need one to shade a surface I feel that the question is set from a position of ignorance and you should ask for some clarity on what they are expecting you to answer
