Maya, white screen in all views.
I did spent a good 3 days, and waste my time, figure it out, what the hell is my problem with maya, instead of practicing modeling. When i am trying to switch from perspective to either, front,top or side view, after view switching, let's say 5 times, all 4 views goes white, and my maya stuck, can't close it, can't click… -

Phtoshop CS2 question.. selecting all opaque .
in ps7.. all ya had to do was Ctrl+click on a layer and it would select everything that was NOT transparent. In CS2.. That function is not longer the same buttons. Its for selecting multiple noncontiguous layers. BOOO!!! anyone know how to do it the ole fashioned way. I've been looking in the help file and cant find dung.… -
[Maxscript] - Select ALL nodes inside the same layer

Zbrush Project All not working properly? Big dips?

How should we handle all this new space?
So now that Polycount has designated us a whole forum all to ourselves how should we go about using it? Should we just continue as normal just posting in the Workshop thread? Perhaps each artist can open up their own thread and update it with new work? Or we could make a new thread for each project? Whichever way we do it,… -

Maya copying all images from my hypershade
I have this weird problem where maya keeps copying all the images associated with my hypershade to any new folder I make in the project folder. I really don't want to have to wipe my setting or re-install. Anyone ever had this happen before or know how to fix it? -

I've had nothing but trouble with cannonfodder, Crowbar is a much more stable application. The way I did it was to rip the .mdl with crowbar then load the .smd animation files into 3dsMax.
