Thanks... Should be doing up a nice little video tutorial on how I did them when I get some free time. I'll share it up on the boards with its own thread when it's ready. I used the eat3d tutorial on rendering and presentation as a starting point in terms of the work in photoshop but the renders were just me playing around…
Hi, My name is Gladys, I will turn 27 this month and I'm an entrepreneur with a focus in Marketing and International Business. I am looking for partners to create an Otome Indie Game (Mobile App). This would be my first project but I already have a long term strategy so it shouldn't be the last. I am here to gather a team…

Perhaps it's just Blender behavior. When you select an object and do mirror X I suspect it just scales it negatively. Showing and rendering it just fine with correct normals within Blender. But when you export the mesh its normals are getting inverted. So I use mirror modifier and two vertex group with _L and _R suffixes…
Finally, a new update here! After many drawings, I have a base of what I want more or less to do! I'm accepting comments and tips :) I made some small changes to the references and decided to make a kind of gargoyle with Baroon, but I still used some parts of the references above! The model below is just a basis of idea…
Hi PC! We are about to wrap up this project, and I got permission to posts these dinos here :) It's a project for an archaeologist museum, and the dinosaurs are therefore relatively correct, as they had to obey what the geologists (think they) know. Some areas of them are free imagination, as a specific part of that dino…
Great job once again man. Reads really well too. I had a question about something you suggested on my character. Not sure if you remember but you suggested adding subsurface and also reds. The reds I have subtly but I can always add more so that part I get. When you said subsurface, were you referring to more red like…
Thank you for your reply! I actually thought about doing this using ZWrap. I would have a default, rigged, optimized 3D model and then I would have a model with desired face shape and using ZWrap I would transform the default model face shape into the desired face shape. But from my understanding, I thought that the…
Hey Ranko, you've got some nice pieces there! :) However, the actual layout of your portfoloio kinda kills them, because everything it's justo too "chaotic", it's too hard to see something of the actual piece on those little thumbnails(on the top part especially). People usually won't open all those thumbnails to see all…
One thing I would try is desaturating it a bit. Right now, the blue, on the turret especially is too saturated. I think you could pull it back a bit. Unless of course, that is what you're going for. :D Also the stone base in your turret is more of a blue/violet grey, whereas the stone around it on the floor is more of a…
