Question about the Max polycounter
I have an object in my scene, when activated the polycounter under "count polygons" i get 837 But when i activate the "count triangles" it goes up to 1430, and i have about 4 visible triangles on my object What is the best way to know the exact number of "faces" in Max ? i don't really care if its tris or polyquads but… -

yah the play asia web site if the best place to get what you need. Just check it all out for the region codes and limits, etc before you buy anything. As for our whopping 2 person Polycount meetup... We are gonna rock out with our ...... and do all your Polycounters proud! -
Is there any others community like Polycount, CGTalk?
Do you guys know what others modeling & animation forum or community. I only know two CGTalk, and Polycount, or GameArtistan, but that is all I know if you guys know any other one could you share it please thank you for your help. :) -

THATS WHY!!! I thought the filter at work finally shut out polycount. They filter anything else you could enjoy at work. plz fix it...i want my polycount at work. they already block out imageshack and photobucket...all i have is general discussion and whatever people host on their personal webpages. waa...lol. -

If I remember correctly it was after the tf2 contest when polycount package announced or released. Polycount was plugged lots of popular sites when the package released I suppose. -
