then you read it correctly the important part is they can't stop you from using it where you want. Besides, they're putting up "big" money for this, AND all the entries will draw from universes they've created, so I'd be very surprised if they didn't include a clause like that.
And here the update after I changed the head several times, finally keeping most of the parts from the face before. (The first preview shows the status right after the first correction... and I didn't like it.)
modular is for any repetitive assets or stuff you can recycle I guess. In this case: The windows, the garage doors,etc. Hardest part is to make them match but with good planning, modular should work here..
