UVLayout has advantages over Modo and can be faster and get better results on some models. I use both, depending on the model. -

you can use UVlayout for this too it has a function that rewrites the obj files without changing the verts order, pretty damn useful. -

Keep it up. I can't wait to see more 3D modeling... Look at uvLayout. It is a lot easier to texture with this. They have great student price for it. -
