I don't think the marquee selection tool has that capability by default, but the lasso tool does. Make sure the component selection option is set to "fast". I guess that's an alternative but it might be as close as you can get.
Hey, Thanks guys! Local Symmetry did the trick. What's the deal with the default symmetry? Why would it throw the little red dots so far away from my model? What's it basing its pivot on?
Some details are set by default i think, you can't remove them, like the screws in the AWP when trying to make a custom paint job, those areas can't be modified unless using another "method".
There is no default chrome material, I think what you are seeing is a bug that occurs when there is a problem with the input files. Would you mind trying out the sample files and see if you have the same problem then, thanks!
It wont even light the default scene with preview settings. In fact it even crashes if I just try to open it without unreal even open :( Anyone got any other ideas, I'm on the verge of reformatting everything :(
Awesome feedback and yes this is exactly what I thought of doing. I can always push the colors and the mood more in post-process, right now everything is default without any post-processing happening at all. :)
view > detail view ? Just don't use thumbnails or 32x32 default icons. I guess your question is not really clear, maybe send a screenshot of how your windows open/ save dialogue look like.
This fixed it for me as well. For some reason, my model opacity was set to lower than 100 as default (I think it was 80ish?). I have NEVER went in that section of the menu to change it before. Thank you for the fix!
I don't like any of Skyrim's default armores, except for the Thieves' guild Nightingale? armor. Or whatever it's called...basically I'm saying if you're armor doesn't match Skyrim's too much it might not be all bad
Some amazing photos in here! Here's one I took this morning, I'm using this as my desktop background at the moment. Click on the image for 1680x1050 resolution, flipped horizontally since default icon position is top left :)
