I personally like the first three the most. I think A and B in particular have a lot of potential. The thing on D's face is a little ambiguous. I'm looking forward to seeing this project progress! :)
Thank you for your advice, i'm going to spend some more time refining my skills using art tablets for photoshop and 3ds max. This is my first project and first proper attempt at modelling and texturing so feedback is very important to me. Thanks again :)
Thanks for the comments guys, I've got to finish up my current project and then i'll revisit this. Hopefully sometime mid day tomorrow i'll be able to pick this up again, I've got to look at a lot more reference and get a solid idea on what i'm going for.
