Bebop and Rocksteady are from the silly Archie versions of the comics. :/ They really don't belong in the TMNT universe. My personal favorites from the old comics, was that leech that latched onto Raphael and sucked out his mutagen. Very disappointed the next movie will be live action, and not fully CG
I think theres quite a simple explanation for vermillions list, x-men and spiderman are the most popular comics all over the world... of course they get a bigger budget. And wtf are ghost rider, elektra and punisher? Ive never even heard of those comics???

Great start Pior! Chun Li is all about the sexy power legs, it'll be interesting to see how you do those! BTW have you got any of the Street Fighter comics? They have some awesome comic artist contributing to them!
That comic kinda misses alot of point that renting the DVD would solve honestly, I wish people would stop doing the entire "we watched a movie with some friends and now we have a well informed opinions that sees plots holes in comic form".

I'm modelling some of the characters from Marvel Comics New Mutants, trying to mix comic designs with elements and likenesses from the film, and going for a more stylized than realistic look. Here is what I have so far for Magik: Comments and suggestions welcome! Thanks for looking.
If it's only for design. I think you're on the right direction so far. I love how you visually took the character's silhouette in different direction. It would be more helpful for us to know what are your plans for the character. Because if it's for a game, then our inputs will be more inclined to gameplay. The same goes…
No I do recognize that, and appreciate it. I'm pretty sure Casey was still a psycho new yorker with a bat in the comics. Honsetly don't remember April very well so maybe she wasn't a reporter in the comics? Dunno. But I do know that these aren't following the old cartoon/movies.
Aaron Diaz, the writer of the webcomic Dresden Codak, made an interesting blog post recently about elements that go into the design of comic characters. It's a worthwhile read if you're interested in character design since a lot of the same rules that apply to comic characters also apply to game characters.…
