Try pressing the Bake button to do a full-quality bake. When making changes with the skew or cage painting tools a lower-quality bake is shown to give you a real-time preview. -

You can use multiple files with the quick loader. When you go to add files, select all that you wish to load. To add more later, click the Load button again. -

You can save any image directly out of designer - there's a save button in the 2D preview window. Besides that, anything you connect to an ouput node will be saved when you export. -
