Substance Painter 2018 And Graphic Tablet Issues

Hello, guys!

I have Huion K58, when I press buttons on the pen, Substance Painter doesn't respond. (Before 2018 Version, it was good) 

How to solve this problem, please?

I have the same problem, but other 3D software has similar issues. I think it’s a driver issue with Huion.
And if you contact Huion support, they’ll just tell you they don’t support that software (anything not for 2D sketching)
