This is some dope hardsurface modeling but I think some of your edges might be too sharp. Especially in the upper body area. Makes it lose some of its ellegance.
Great stuff dude. The hardsurface feels a bit more blocky in your model than the concept. As for the seams are the normals smoothed? The entire mesh is mirrored or only certain parts?
silo and blender, but for props i just skip retypo and just decimate with meshlab. and for more basic hardsurface model i just build a new model around it with primitives
