hmm I was told my mesh currently would work for female meshes but I want to have a "woman ready" mesh made for both men and women in my folder. So there really is no real need for any sort of breast/geo or anything in that matter? also Neox: can you draw over what you mean about the shoulder area?
Some time ago I acquired a script that essentially took a normal map, duplicated it into a folder with all the blue information removed and it overlayed perfectly onto my baked normals without any color degradation. Unfortunately I sold my old comp and forgot to back up that script. Does anybody know what I'm talking about…
Friend of mine was using a mac and he had his external hard drive connect to it. The computer freezes on him so he pulls his drive out and now his hard drive is going super slow and he can't open his folders ... i'm trying to save his files and maybe find some software to extract the files and i'm not having any luck ...…

It would be useful for collaborative work if this was handled more gracefully and it…
Hey guys, We're trying to instance a couple hundred of our male figures walking in a scene in Maya. However, it's really bogging it down. We've cached the animation and Maya seems to be drawing from the same data file for all of them, but when I look in the cache folder in Windows Explorer, there is a cache file for every…
I recommend putting the maps that you baked into a folder called "model baked maps". Keep those for backup. Then, yes absolutely edit the maps. In p hotoshop or substance. Most maps are multipurpose. Want to get dirt in the cracks? Use your AO as a mask and use levels or curves to adjust it's range. Just one example. It's…
Couple things to try: If you don't have lights i the scene try pasting this into the listener and hit Enter. Things can get slow fast so 2048 or 4096 should probably be the limit. NitrousGraphicsManager.ShadowmapSizeLimit = 2048 If you have shadow casting lights in the scene, change their Shadow Map size. If the script…
