I completely beg to differ, and a month after switching you will too. Valve are bluffing for sure to try and maintain their desktop games monopoly in the face of having some actual competition for the first time in years. There's no way identical code would run so much faster on Linux than on Windows. Faster, maybe, but…
been messin a bit. what i did : contrast of forum colors themself turned out a bit low. i found that to happen when u define each color by hex or whatever. touching up the colors in photoshop kicks it a bit more sometimes. other thing i noticed unnessacary boxes. i dunno what the limits of changing the look of the forum…
Just realized her chest armor looks funny from 3/4. Gotta fix that next. Also still gonna give her her gloves. Also pulled her visor up higher so we can see her eyebrows.
Uhm, guys, this isn't really great constructive criticism you're giving there... Lamb, there is more to critique about the piece beyond the backstory, and I think we can say that the backstory is more a trope by this point than that it's cheesy. I don't think it's very helpful to someone to just give them a drive-by…
Ho' there- it's me! Been working on this character for a smaller game project for the past few months. Her name is Hera- a Paladin who follows the God of Justice. As one of their chosen agents, she's been granted a boon- the Divine Aegis. It's an ability that grants her supernatural armor that defends her body, making…
Great, from now on, include some of her upper torso when you post progress of her head. Fill in some of her cheeks, and maybe widen her forehead a bit is something I would do next. And keep working on her eye lids.
Increased the length of her legs and made her waist cape hug her body better and fixed the shape of her nose from the side view. so here is an updated Silhouette. Going to make a start on texturing her so check back soon for an update :)
Update: Not loads of progress, made some changes to her proportions and started working on her head. Hopefully she's not the complete spits of her father now. Trying to make her look young, struggling abit though, her face looks pretty weird to me
One thing that could be tricky for you is to keep her feminine silhouette with that coat on. In the concept, you could see how her belt pushes her shirt in a bit to show her waist. Have fun sculpting ! Really like her face right now though. :)
Hellu. First thread here on polycount.' u ' I'm making my first high poly character and has just started texturing her. I would really appreciate some feedback from you guys. I want to make her cool and interesting, but my inspiration seem to have fled out of a window. There's a few things that are not finished yet, like…
