photoshop is probably messing with the colors and assigning a profile that marmoset is picking up. they keep changing where the options are in photoshop and i've not even opened it for a couple of years so you'll have to refer to the documentation but you need to set it up so that it's not applying stupid color profiles to… -

3DS Max - Textures not updating in material editor
Lots of times when I overwrite a texture from Photoshop or 3D Coat it will not update in 3DS Max 2020. Max basically still has the old version in memory.
