I'm trying to bake AO maps with mental ray but uv shells after test (final gather production quality) render have different brightness. Is that normal ?

Having issues getting mental ray to render color. Maya hardware renders just fine. I enabled "Use Vertex Colors" in the MR options. No go... Anyone got any ideas?
Was just wondering if anyone has got a good/realistic mental ray setup to present their zbrush sculpts in. I'm getting sick of the zbrush renders. Would be great if anyone can help, cheers.
Hello,I am having problems with my renders.I am using Final gathering for my renderings and I have noticed that the shadow areas of my renders are shaky or boiling.I have tried to increase the shadow rays but it seems to still be there.Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks.
Im trying to render out a scene in Maya using Mental ray, but i have planes that are Alpha mapped (Bushes, flowers grass etc) But they being fully renderd as tho the alpha map is being ignored, its not see through as it should be if i do a render with maya software, anyone know how to get this working? thanks in advance
