I have this mouse pad (which rocks), but I don't use it anymore. The new laser mouse I bought works better on the surface of my drafting table than with this. Makes ZERO sense, but whatever.
I'm not sure how they're supposed to be done, fins might work, too (especially since the camera won't rotate much in such a game). They just needto get wider because they look like lasers ATM.
http://www.engadget.com/2010/08/11/laser-backpack-creates-instant-3d-maps-venkman-reminds-you-to-n/ I thought this was really interesting. Basically just the next step forward from what they are doing with Google Earth, but still, the potential with this technology is awesome.
A more visual example as I'm on my machine now. Both Substance + Photoshop are setup with the same layer stack. In photoshop the black "Saturation" layer is used to pull out the colour leaving only the Values where as in Substance Painter the Black "Saturation" layer has just made EVERYTHING white. Even the floor which is…
You could try recording an action. Make 4 copies of the layer and move them diagonally. 1 upper left. 1 upper right. Lower left. Lower right. merge layers. Selection from original layer. Invert selection. Delete. Note that i do not have photoshop open to test this. But this would probably be the method i would try first.
Layer Groups apply the mask to all the layers within the Layer Group, that is not always the desired result. I wouldn't say smart objects are painful to Ps performance, the only time they are painful is when system resources are weak, web graphics and so forth, any system can handle, obviously 4K images will depending on…
You can still edit your maps in 2D, of course. There's a custom mask editing feature in the Suite that will propagate all mask changes to other channels linked to that specific layer. For example, editing a single rust layer's mask via Dynamask custom mask painting will propagate that mask change to the other…
Thank you guys for the feedback and references. Luckily I started working with layers in Zbrush so I have a wrinkles layer I can dial back the intensity and not mess up my pores details. Also a forms layer where I'll keep adjusting his nose. Thx. Also I think I will go with Doc from the 1885.
Update: MY Surfacing and terrain generating tool is now officially alpha (but keep quiet about it for now, still gotta figure out some licencing stuff, for example for the gaussian blur which is a dummy copied from a webpage and some command handling stuff from code project) anyway WHAT IS IT? its a surfacing and terrain…
Some brushes wont work on surface with different elevation , try different brush Or there is work around using sphere and 2 layers ->layer 1 morph the sphere to shape of your object and turn it off layer2 sculpt your details -> turn on both layers and you will what you want then can just project to your original [dont…
