I agree that the composition could be tighter. Regarding your light. It lacks contrast and directionality. You have some kind of light source coming from the lower left quadrant that is almost as bright as the desk light hitting the little paper guy. Your key light (the desk lamp) is not much brighter than the fill light.…
Thanks everyone :) I WILL get that gold tone in there, but currently I want to make sure all my textures are "done" with the current colour scheme, from there it is very easy to adjust the colours once I can see everything in the scene. I think total I have 4 lights in the scene right now, 2 mimicking the top lights (I…
IIRC, the red light on the camera turned off in the scene right before the glass was shot (my guess would be Rebel). So it looks like agent dude might still have nothing. Although it could have been the timing of the blinky light, just not in those frames. oh well.
I think I talked with them a long time ago..they have a beer keg on tap and are right in a red light district from what I remember...so you might not get alot of art done!:) Congrats on the new job and glad the confusion ended in a positive light:) Spark
Hello everyone, I’m a beginner C++ programmer and Unreal Engine user looking for a project I could believe in and in which to hone our skills together. To put this in perspective, I’ve tried this as an hobby in the past but it never panned out, so that little skills I might have acquired then is now long gone and…
He's right. While it simulates the same kind of darkening effect you might see with indirect light, AO not physically based at all. For that to be true you'd need to have it be derived from and tied into the same equations the rest of your lighting uses. It's totally arbitrary but it does look good in the absence of…
Looks great from the front! It's spot on with the concept. However, I think there are inconsistencies with the lighting on the back of the head. She looks to be standing in the shade, as indicated by the dark shadow all around her head. There seems to be a bright light source on her face, coming through a small opening, so…
Robot HUD mockup test https://youtu.be/i7jiAc4rKhU - Generic HUD mockup, need to add more specific style / motif Starting area + Gameplay tests https://youtu.be/z5Xf41UOlag Problems = - Robot switching feels more annoying than fun right now - Flashlight is too dim for far objects, and too bright up close - Drone…
Is the first post supposed to be the lowpoly? If so, you need to balance your poly distribution a bit better. Right now you have 10 sided cylinders for the lights, and it looks like you based the wired on 10-sided cylinders as well. This makes no sense because the lights are much much bigger than the wires. If I zoom out…
Hello Im doing a scan of smaller object (orange (fruit); but it doesnt matter, could be anything and the problem happened on and off previously with various scanned models). Im doing the diffuse texture in Agisoft Metashape from the original photos that were used for point cloud, mesh etc. generation ( i dont use another…
