Your metalness texture is wrong - it shouldn't have values lower than 235 RGB. Otherwise reflactance values in albedo map should lower too. -

THere is also the "I lost meh jerbs" version (same as student). This AD program has been going on for about 2.4 years. Great stuff. -

I have no problems with my Live other than the HUGE CPU OVERHEAD it takes bringing my 305fps average in MDK2 down to 230.
