so! I am having some trouble with my texture maps - i create this ober high resolution texture map in photoshop, but when i bring that map into 3Ds Max and apply it to my model it goes all pixelated? is there a setting a need to change? what am i doing wrong?
You can do that just fine with a texture projection and a layered texture. Just your your character texture on the bottom layer and your transparent face texture above it.
