Hello, With lava world being almost done (still needs a little more work), I've went ahead and started working on a new map. Still very WIP but feedback is appreciated. :)
Is their a way to draw out primitives based on the direction the user is viewing in Max? By default they're all created on the grid, but theirs got to be some sort of user-view-grid or something to that effect right? I've at least seen it done once before in Maya (though without explanation as to how).
I think this is a video card issue, I've had white screens in the paste when switching viewports. I haven't had the program freeze, but I've had the views not refresh. Try the latest driver for your card perhaps.
anyone know how i can get those images of the UT2K4 characters that appear when the map is loading to use them as wallpapers? i've googled and only found three; aryss/tamika, the robot dude with the gun running and the mechanical lady with the RL and the pink glow around her...

I found some of the CVar commands for taking screenshots. The thing is, they only come out at my monitors native resolution. Is there a way to take a double or triple sized screenshot?
