Maya - Stacking objects for baking
Whats the best way to move and highpoly object on to and lowpoly so they match upp 100% (The positions). Without doing it manually with move tool ? I have a revolver model that i wanna explode bake and want to assure it matches when i separate everything and stack on top of each other. Hope my question makes sense.. :| -

IM stuck
Im stuck right now. I am no concept artist by any means or even a 2d artist so I use other peoples concepts to go by but because of the lack of good 2d skills I believe its hurting my textures. I want to be a 3d modeller but I know the only way I will get into games is if I become a better texture artist. So Im just asking… -

Exit edit mode and clear the document. Set the RGB and Z Intensities to 100, then redraw the tool onto the document and go back into edit mode. Any value less than 100 (even as high as 99) will cause that behavior. There's a bug with projection master (caused by saving projects in 2.5d mode, which includes quick saves)…
