why it is bad ? do you think a lot of polys , or bad textures , or not a lot of polys ... were is the best tutorial to make 3d models for games i don't think that the story is bad .. please ... i want crit and someone to work with us .
Does the indirect diffuse reflection happen automatically or does it need to be setup? Here's a really bad example of a lightmap generated using Flatiron, The lights are primarily whitish blue.

Its a catch 22. If a good game, will just reinforce the bad management style used to create versus seeing it did good in spite of bad management. If a bad game, will lead to the unemployment of our fellow workers. Without the connection necessarily getting through to leaders of the management style that failed.
What did you mean by bad topology ? Most of them are quads, plus some triangles. I tough those are the right ones for subdividing the mesh. Also, I saw many videos where people didnt subdivide the mesh. Should I always subdivide if I am not making lowpoly ?

OK, I'm really bad at sculpting characters, so I want to improve it, but I'm stuck, and I don't know what else can I do with this Alien, or how to improve it. There is definitely something wrong with him, any advice?
Like Mikezoo said, not a bad start. However I would suggest looking up some anatomy books on the t-rex and really try to work the flow of the muscles into your model. Right now its very box like.
Nice! Cool to see it all laid out. Also how detailed the normal map is. I have tried some 123D Catch stuff (like my shoe hanging from string in garage) but the results were pretty bad. I wasn't too good at it.
