That is way too high poly for a game. You should create a low poly version (which would be like 36 poly) and then bake a normal map for it. Also, learn texturing. Real 3d artists are also 2d artists :) Good luck with your endeavors. -Tom
Do somebody know any plugin that could do this in Blender : 0.33 time? "Stitch shells" https://youtu.be/mDOP6d-Fkdw?t=36 It's pretty tiresome with stitch which requires lots of manual rotating and flipping
There's a Forbes article but nothing on kotaku or any gaming news sites? They are pretty close with 36 hours left. http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2012/11/27/indie-kickstarter-rpg-sui-generis-combat-shields/

I just landed a new job at 36 just a few weeks ago. There are a lot of small houses that focus on hiring youngsters and new graduates for their low wages. As long as you don't run into this sort of place you'll be fine.
kong goes from 2.5 hours to 3 and the lenth change will require 36 million bucks in VFX shots.. peter jackson is paying this money out of his own pocket.. cant wait.. http://www.variety.com/VR1117931769.html
I recommend looking into action and fallofs (especially fallofs) next. There is nothing like lattice and FFD in Modo so you'll need fallofs. Here is the exhaustive list of tutorials - http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=36&t=80320 This one was particularly useful - https://vimeo.com/10434206
