I'm having a bit of trouble viewing hightmaps in my 3d preview window - Any thoughts on what could be causing this. I've created a basic grayscale shape, plugged it into the hightmap and hit "view in 3d preview" Am I missing something here?
Hey guys, New to Unity and am having a small issue. If I apply a transparent material to the outer-sphere for the eye(Cornea) It moves the mesh in the game-view. It doesn't do this in the Scene view though, Any ideas? I'm stumped
Actually I have imported the original shotgun (with hands and bones) and attached mine to them, in place of the original shotgun, then "re-skinned" it.. With the materials I have assigned the exact same material which applies to the in-game model... I mean, .../materials/models/weapons/v_models/v_shotgun.vtf or something…
Hello everyone, this is Day 75 of my 360 days art challenge. One of the things I realized today was how important it is to have more than one reference image when modeling. Dude that is great work, loving the secondary forms. Only critique would be that he looks super buff from that three quarter view but the back view all, especially the front leg, seems to be super thin.
Misciagno3d: did you unable mip maps etc in the option box? view port resolution under render? also if its only for viewing pleasure there is also the post process sharpening slider in the camera settings.
