That makes a lot of sense, I didn't think about that. I'll do some research and edit the cracks later for sure. I did add the crack on the eyeball on purpose, but might change the placement of it a bit later depending on how it looks when I add the other elements in the scene.
Bit late, but want to get back into some 3D art from a big hiatus. Didn't have a lot of time since it late at night after working on this. So here is a quick and dirty grey box for start.
Hey everyone. I have had this really frustrating issue lately with Maya. While working on a high poly smoothed object. When I save my work and close the app then come back later in the day, all my hard work is gone. This is the 3rd time it has happened to this specific model and its starting to irritate me to no-end. Any…
I have been working on and off on this scene for about 2 months now. The inspiration has been offices and interior styles from the late 60s and early 70s. When I started off the project I was planning to make it a lot more abandoned and damaged, but it ended up being equally as interesting to make it just slightly lived…
Ok, so no more beating around the bush. Would Saturday the 7th meeting be best? I know you VC guys are looking at the 14th. I mentioned to Flaagan, it might be easier to incorporate his coming into the weekly conceptart.org local weekly sketch group. Its always hell to get local polycounters to be social versus conceptors…
I've been looking at forearm twist rigging lately. How complex does this need to be? How many joints do you need to have? [WIP ] #2 Sculpting Details in ZBrush, Retopology and Baking Hi again, I'm back with some updates. I had my family over so I couldn't post anything earlier but I'm back at it again! Here's where I stand with the project. Before I fully committed to sculpting everything I went back to Maya and refined the model to have it…
Hi guys, I would
like to share with you some stuff I’m working on. I made some
sketches and decided in what direction I want to develop the design further. This is not truly historical character, however I would like to write a short description of the character for further design work. The idea behind this character, she…
Hi, thank you for stopping by and for kind words. Sorry for the late reply, I was a little daunted with the task. Lately I've spent not as much time as i would like to on this project. Currently I'm struggling with a tree. I did identify it, and I think I've done it correctly, to my understanding the main tree on the ref…
