Hey folks! I am wrapping this projec. It is almost done. Right now is the hard part, my mind runs with ideas and enthusiasm for the next one. But Azimuth Cold is still needs some love and passion to properly finish it. So no new projects until this one is done! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-ZS2MsDIzU
May i carefully point you onto the real problem? Imho you need some professional help to get your life sorted. The gaps in your job history is not the cause, it's a symptom. What does completely not fit together is that at the one hand you have been at a university, and at the other hand you claim to be too dumb for life.…
Hey friends, I'll be trying my hands at unlit hand painted style. Here is the modeling so far. Will make a few adjustments but I think I'm almost ready to move on to the rest of the process.
I think "common" are all types but they have all limitations. Theoretical 3d scan or photograpy is the "easy" way, but you need a real life template and so it can be very hard to find or not exist. With hand painted texture you have the freedom but it can be very hard to make good looking textures. Often it is a mix like…
I wanted to base it's movement similar to a pendulum, so it would move through trees by throwing it's weight and gripping the branches using it's forearms/tail. (Which is also the tails purpose, a counter weight, hand and blunt force object). The hind legs are more for delicate tool handling than anything else.
Hey man. Way to sell that stone wall, holy crap it looks nice. Those polies for the stones are well spent. So a note on the moss: I'm not sure if I buy it because it's so sparse and kind of thrown around. Check out this moss: This moss tells a story and looks really interesting. You can see how the water runoff affected…
hey man usually with long hanging cloth like that you get a lot of deep long vertical creases but yeah you'll have a hard time finding loin cloth/tabard style reference images on google, you'd be better off googling for drapery or hanging cloth, or grab a camera and appropriate sized garment and take some photos :poly142:…
good day, guys ! I want to show you process of creation this vrykul house: It was on concept from Ishmael Hoover : I really like viking style and wanted to create something like this in my portfolio. First i started from simple low poly. Then was long work of optimisation and finding good forms. I always create mini task…
Cool concepts! I couldn't resist to start the ruins one. How far will I get? Just simple modeling, controlling shading via hard edges, don't intend to do any highpoly/ sculpting. Rendering in Unity engine, baked lighting with Bakery. Next, I would apply surfacing, probably using a hand-painted trim atlas. Final…
Howdy. Longtime semi-lurker here. Anyway, I recently finished the second episode of my single player HL2 mod "Handle With Care," part of a larger experimental mod series called Radiator. Reactions have been kind of all across the board, ranging from "Meh, this sucks" to "This has changed my life forever" - but I'm curious…
