If you installed 3ds Max after Zbrush, you just have to update GoZ so Zbrush can install the proper plugins. in Zbrush, under: Preferences -> GoZ its either "Force re-install" or "update paths" and that should do it. FBX is their shuttle service between the apps autodesk has, the Y-up fix is meant to get the models into Maya and other Y-up apps.
