There's a typo in the word animation! Not the best first impression. The title card doesn't have to show for 10 seconds, if people want to read it they can pause. Thanks for your answer ! I'm using th Unity 2D Engine, the latest version and for the pixel art i'm using Photoshop. When i say that i'm using a skeleton i think that a miss used the word, it's just the "naked" character on wich i wan't to add the stuff he is gonna equip. Do you have some tips ? :)
thanks ZacD :) here's another small update. i love Substance Painter, it's been a while since i enjoyed 3d so much : )) this color scheme is far from done but it's fine for now. i need to make a basic skeleton for the flaps, rudder, gears and the bottom hatch and figure out how to hook up the animations with movements.
I actually haven't tried exporting assets using FBX, I tried once with a different mesh (which didn't have the foot rig) and the skeleton didn't look right in UDK.. I was using Max 2010 though so maybe it's better with a newer version of Max.. I wouldn't mind using FBX for now on but what is it like for animations?

I think the main problem is the forms the skeleton creates and the muscles insertion points are not working atm, really work on learning and understanding them, its really obvious in the inguinal ligament/illac area of the hips and also the shoulders. Thanks guys! and Yea Chris I totally understand what you are saying. I used skeleton model I did on my last film for proportion checks and perhaps I went a little too skinny on that front. Ill look into plumping up her arms and legs. I really do appreciate all the comments guys :)
There's a funny bulge running around the torso, just below the breasts. If it's supposed to show where the ribs end, you should look at some skeletons and pics of models (same thing) to get a better idea of where the rib cage sits, and its influence on the female form.
