Maya 2016 Scaling Rigged Character Problem

Hello guys, I'm new into rigging. After finishing the rigs, I create a global controller because I need to scale it for my animation. Awfully my character is break, the skeleton is falling apart and the mesh is a mess. I try to search a solution online but none of them works... :(((

Anyone have an idea? I really hope for the solution. Thank you so much!
