Can't really agree, although maybe we're getting our wires crossed and I'm misunderstanding. On my old course at Escape, a couple of the tutors did some really badass work in ZBrush (some of it was incredible) but they drew worse than a 3 year old :D I myself feel I could get way better results working in a digital… -

New MaxScript, input requested
After being inspired by the topology brush in Silo, and the model rig in the Zbrush previews, I started working on a script to do something similar in Max. Draw hot chicks. No Im serious. It will keep your attention and improve your skills. But draw from references like pinups and classy stuff. That's what I do when I feel a creative block. At school I had both sculpture and drawing lessons. While traditional sculpting is fun, I never felt like I learned as much about anatomy as I did when drawing. Dekard: you've got a nice style to your line work. My suggestion would be that you spend some time on drawings depicting the full body.
