Small update - just changed the mag a bit (as originally it was of an earlier type, thus it had a slightly different design than the plum mag). I also finished the, so called "Bakelite" orange mag. I had a harder time than expected reproducing the marbled look of the material, but I think the end result is close enough...… -

does merging subtool in zbrush really make you lose detail? if u merge them all at highest subdivision level and discard the levels to highest only while merging? i would merge all the subtools, export as obj, retop (whatever tool u prefer) and then also as panda recommended uvs, baking... and for baking i wouldnt even use… -

I wasn't happy when it took me over an hour (on dial-up) to register my just-bought copy of HL2, downloading a phone crunching 18 megs of 'files' in the process. At least Valve recently took out the safedisk protection - having to have the disk in the drive AND have steam running made me feel like a second class citizen… -

I know for a fact you don't have a 100mb/s connection. The fastest residential lines are 5-9mbits right now, which is barely a meg or 2 a sec at peak, if the person sending you the data has the available bandwidth.
