my guess to the above request: Seems like a "art-test" or some variation, 6 month(probation) timed trial & this maybe wasn't supposed to be posted? Some parts seem very busy with the edges where they might not be needed otherwise this is pretty sharp looking so other than what i mention as a possible issue i do not see a…
I loved the Mir vs Lesner fight. After watching Mir talk so much bs I knew Lesner was going to own him. He crushed Mir. If you think Lesner punches were not real get in there with him. He busted Mir up real quick. I didn't like how Lenser won though, it would of been nice if there had been more stand up or wrestling. Mir…
I'm working on a project where I have around 100 buildings to texture. They are all your usual UK type houses, so bricks etc. I can get away with a diffuse slapped on with some UV tweakery and photo retouching/clone brushing and leave it at that, but I like the idea of making life harder for myself so I'd like to make the…
Hey there. Deuces Mcgee here; and I'm looking for people in the line of modeling, texturing and rigging modular game models. I've been using Unity for roughly 2 years as a coder and am confident enough to start building prefabs for the market. I'm familiar with 3d modeling formats and have dabbled on and off in blender for…
What about buying your own domain name for your website? Are those a must have nowadays, since i hear hirers are too lazy (dont quote me on that) to type in more than like 10 letters? Or is just having an artstation or a behance enough?
Hi, In the coming months I want to start a project creating a scene of an airport and was wondering if photogrammetry and retopology would be able to help me create it more quickly and accurately. I know photogrammetry is perfect for natural organic assets like a forest, but could it be used effectively on a scene like an…
Not sure what kind of dripping you are going to recreate but I am personally just use a mix of a photographed library painted over slope blur based effects like dripping rust in SD. Procedural along it always looks a bit fake imo. Can suggest Rebelle soft too. it has kind of nice dripping simulation
The best way to figure that out is to rig it up and see how it deforms. Personally I think the butt is going to collapse in when the thigh rotates forward. A few more loops will help. This is also a good resource for topo, joint placement and weighting info. https://hippydrome.com/Legs.html
Zclassroom is probably the best you're going to find anywhere. They cover specific modeling subjects too, not just the button-ology. http://pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/#digital-sculpting
