I usually have problems with this if I've accidentally painted directly inside a mask, without using a paint layer to contain the masking information. If you have lots of masks this could be your problem.

Before getting into the industry as a environment artist, build a dumpster, shipping container and some ammo crates. Re-use these for all your projects and spend half your time at work surfing instead.
Nice content, I like the viking house. Yeah I do agree that the religious thing might be a tad too much. Splash screen of a cross, then immediately an environment containing a cross etc.
I've been using IBL Baker. It only outputs to dds cube. One bug... output filename must contain .dds extension or it won't save files. Good results though ime.

malcom the 2nd uv set is not auto-uved, There's an auto-uv tool but that's only used if an LD finds an old asset that doesn't contain 2nd uvs and they dont want to manually create UVs
I believe that setting has been removed a year or two ago. It used to be right click on those levels in the level browser - check self contained lighting. These days it is just lighting channels.
