Found it! It's the new Nitrous viewport. I've just test with the old Direct3D driver and it works . I think we should send a message to Autodesk about this bug. -

This would fix it for UDK from what I understand coming from the 3ds max normal map thread issue that Autodesk was looking into. Need to dig it up. -

Mult loop split for max 8
