Hi guys, i don't know that this is the good place for this, or not, but anyone of you would like to practice in "team" with polycounter fellows? I mean working on something, with a small team. I think this would be good for the "not so pro" artists to get experience about working with team. Anyone interested? -

I would really recommend taking several steps back. It seems all too common for folks to want to jump in to painting the super epic, complex ideas in their heads before they're ready to tackle them. At the moment you're painting big ideas, complex scenes with a large amount of strokes. Each one of them as a result winds up… -
