Having multiple portfolios catered to specific positions is a good idea if you have a variety of skills. It's also a good idea if a specific position opens that you want to adjust your portfolio and the wording of you resume specifically for that position.
Also of note, I would like to reset the default position of the Flatten mapping window as well. When you are unwrapping one object and use these features they keep their position, but as soon as I go to another object the positions reset ><
Oh another thing, if you don't get the job, ask them if they feel you would fit in for another position. I know a few people that got different positions doing this and then ended up loving that position more.
