Just a quick tip, since it seems you have been working in one file: -Make sure to sometimes use the incremental save, don't keep saving on the same file -Get a dropbox account, and everytime you stop working for the day, throw the latest max file on your dropbox. I think that's due to rapidshare's file sharing restrictions. You'd have to wait a day. So far mega is the only file sharing site I've found where you can upload big files without restrictions.
