I really like that 1st car, however some of the textures for the tanks and so forth look a bit bright and lacking in contrast. Otherwise it looks good. -

Hi. Is UV channel 2 for the cement necessary? If the the cement texture tiles just right in terms of scale he could use the 1st channel right? -

as long as you don't have overlaid UVs in the 0,1 space in your 1st channel, the specular lightmap seam wont show. as far as i know. -
