Nice concept and lovely forms. If you are going to use a pattern with lines on the cloak, try and make them follow the cloth deformations so they work with each other rather than confusing each other. I would also consider changing the topology to flow with the sculpt as well to better maintain the silhouette at quarter… -

I like the energy bar, if there was much more people could cloak and sprint out of every firefight, I hate how jumping drains soooo much though.
