Here's my first pass at an idea i have.
I wanted to do a demon prince. All of his prince like accessories like crown and cape and such will be organic...or a part of him. Like his crown is growing out of his skull. Also, on his right arm i want his armor to be made up of smaller demons holding his armor, bones and such.
Sorry it's so busy, just getting some basic blockage down. I'm going to do about 3 more with different body types and what not, but the idea is the same.

Anyway, wester...looking like a good start. Keep pumpin' those ideas out and dont be afraid to mix-match some stuff.

I wanted to play around with the different types of legs and arms...i don't do that enough. And i want him to have a pretty sweet looking crown/skull thing. It'll have floating pieces and stuff...very giuerrlmo del toro.
Yeah, im going to keep that theme going ...the armor made out of demons. It applies to all of the thumbnails too.

The themes your going with in the last concept has a more predatory feel to it, which goes well with the collector vibe of being made up of multiple demons.
i'm liking the last guy better.

Needs tail for balance. Thicker mesh where 'hands' touch the ground.

I dunno something about a quad ped creature screams support character, rather than head honcho bad ass.
I'm leaning towards this one, and the second one.
Konstruct- good point on him looking like more of a support character...so i tried making this guy much more majestic and prince like, but still demony.
The middle set (front legs) protrude from his body in an almost feminine way, like a woman's thighs who's just propped herself up at the end of the runway.
So try shrinking a set, inflating one, hunching him over and giving him some more interesting character.
Good drawing... good design, just needs to be pushed a bit more
I'm not sure that i like his front legs being bent backwards...so i'll take a stab at making them bend the right way and see how it looks.
I'm going to do a couple different crown designs, and really work with the demons growing out of him abit more.

i would raise the head up a little, kind of looks like he is shrugging. and a lot of trap on the shoulder always looks dope. you need to ad a brow ridge that is angry, or make the face completly smoothe except for the eye holes. right now he looks kind of puzzled and surprised.
OH MAN!! the elephant skulls are such a good size reference for him... DOPE. now i just picture this guy slowly striding over the battlefield all omnipotent and shit
diwan- yes i did ha. I'm going to shorten his back legs abit so his "horse" part kind of angles downard.
Colorwise I think you should shrink this guy down, and start with large areas of colors first...
variations on warm towards the middle of the body, and cool towards the outside, and vice versa...
you could also look for pics of animals or creatures similar to your idea and color sample in photoshop to get an ideas for color as well...

i still have to sculpt the demon shoulder armor, and the emblem on his chest, and the bone armor he's going to have.
im also thinking about giving him a mane. we'll see.
the others seem more animalistic i guess, and I think they is cool
sweet looking sculpt so far man, anxious to see him flesh out :P
Same on the back legs, making them lower doesn't suit him very well it htink...i really liek his coonfident and solid look on the concept

I vote that he should just sleep less.
I agree with Adam, sleep less, it's a great concept to work from and could really turn out to be something truly badass.
