Here's my first pass at an idea i have. I wanted to do a demon prince. All of his prince like accessories like crown and cape and such will be organic...or a part of him. Like his crown is growing out of his skull. Also, on his right arm i want his armor to be made up of smaller demons holding his armor, bones and such.…
