This is for TF2 so I'm trying to skin it semi-cartoonishly. The specs on this are horrible, it's like 12k triangles and a single 2048 map but I wanted not to worry about map sizes and polycounts for once so yeah :P

Are you going for an intentionally matte look? If not even a well worn guitar would still have a lot of car paint-esq shine that would add a lot to the look of the body. You could wear it down around the main points of contact though (like where the forearm and wrist rest. The wood on the neck seems really light/blond too, I think the majority of epiphones use rosewood fretboards.
Since it looks like you're going for a road-worn look it would be cool to add some chips on some of the corners too. Long before I managed to wear the clear coat off the contact points of my guitar body I managed to give it a fair amount of chips around the outside edge and a few on the headstock.

would say you could add some wear and what not to give it a bit more character but depends what you're going for i guess. Looks nice so far, anyways.

Also, aren't some guitar cords a golden color (at least for the lower notes.)
The new wood saturation level + inlays is looking better. You could do some really cool stuff with the paint, metal (especially the chromed bridge and tuning pegs and such), and mother of pearl inlay materials, I look forward to seeing how it all turns out
her* axe. When I was making a payload map, I noticed the purse with a flower on it in the pyro's locker slot in one of the meshes. I guess pyro could still be a him, but I still call pyro a her.

A LOT of the edges have an extra loop near them so it'd smooth well :P
That's because I originally didn't mean this to be a game model, was just doing it for modelling practice but I decided to stick it in TF2 anyways and I was too lazy to optimize
