[FEEDBACK Request] Overwatch Style Character Block-out.

Hayy!

I am trying to do a Character in the overwatch style based on the concept shown below by "Yao Ke" https://www.artstation.com/artwork/XgKdPY
I have watched the Zbrush Summit panel about the creation of Overwatch characters a bunch of times, where I gathered that they really value getting the essence of the character very early on through the blockout stage.

I would be really glad to receive feedback, on what changes I could make in order to capture the essence of the character concept down below as I have difficulties finding it.

Any kind of feedback/tips/remarks are appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

    link didnt work for me.

I think exaggerating her lower leg covers might go along way,
then do some tests exaggerating the other clothing pieces and see if it works for you.

"speakers/CD/DVD/Stacks" Backpack seems to be missing atm, for the weapon if you wanted to make one might go with the weapon, I'd ask the original concept artist whats going on if they even respond.

Looks neat, not much more from me atm.

I will give it a try and test around. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Agree with iam717 on making the leg covers bigger. Overall the anatomy is fine and matches with some of the thinner characters. For Overwatch specifically, I would keep the defined muscle/joint areas you already have. I would really push the size of the leg covers, the CD walkman and the things on her wrists. Also check with the thickness of accessories in Overwatch, the backpack straps look like they could be a lot thicker to help contribute to the silhouette breakup. In the same vein, her headset strap should stick out more from her head to breakup that shape.
