ZBRUSH - Annoying faint gridlines on screen: how to turn off?

So this seems to only be a problem on this particular zpr, but there's this faint grid running across the zbrush screen and I noticed it showed up after I played around with some matcaps. I know the lines arent from the mesh because I turned on polyframe and tried remeshing to see if it'd do anything and it didnt. It's definitely from the screen itself and im wondering if anyone knows how to remove it. I saw someone post a similar problem on here (https://polycount.com/discussion/228025/gridline-guide-showing-in-viewport-in-zbrush-2021-please-help#latest) but they didnt get a solution.

Looks like just your display. What happens when you press the AA button?
Oh not too sure, sorry i just saw this. i ended up just copying the tool --> preferences --> init zbrush --> pasting the tool and it seemed to fix my problem. thanks anyway
I just upgraded to zbrush 2022.0.6 and starting having this problem. Can you please explain to me again how you fixed it as I can't understand
Never mind got it now. Seems like I need some sleep 😅😴
