Cage is broken on 2 small sections

Hey there guys, I have come across this issue when i try and bake this one mesh.
I have cut seams where all the hard angles are and have set smoothing groups to all the shells. This error does not occur at the bottom where there is a similar shape for some reason. There are no double verts/edges to be found either.
Any help would be much appreciated.

This sort of thing can happen with extreme changes in normals (over 90 degrees), try beveling the edge in question.
Be sure you're baking and that this causes a problem as well - the cage display is for visualization purposes only and may not indicate an error or problem.
Ahh I see, thanks for that. I will try a bevel there. I did make a seam and harden that edge but the cage still breaks. There is a tiny shading flaw there that doesn't exist on the lower half of the mesh for some reason. Probably won't even be noticeable as this is a hammer on a flare gun so it is a tiny part of the whole model.
