Substance Painter Curvature Map Errors

Hi everyone, I am currently trying to bake my textures from a highpoly mesh to a lowpoly mesh, and for the most part everything is working fine, but I had noticed these weird sharp points on my texture and when redoing the bake I noticed they were coming from the curvature map.

I have tried adjusting the settings but nothing seems to be working and I have also noticed that the final curvature map doesn't have these sharp edges on it. Do any of you have an idea what might be causing it, I would really appreciate the help.

Here are screen shots of the highpoly and lowpoly mesh, as well as a screen shot of the UV unwrap. I also included the FBX files of both models in zip files

As suspected, has to do with your source mesh (highpoly). It's got faceting because you didn't subdivide it enough times before dynameshing it in zbrush. You can see the original topology in the dynamesh itself - which gets inherited in your curvature. There's a slight indication of that topology/faceting in your highpoly.

So would would that mean I just need to go back and subdivide the blade more?

Yeah, subdivide the blade more with creases to maintain your sharp edges (otherwise, once you subdivide it'll become lumpy). Then you can sculpt/smooth out your edges.

Alternatively, you could try using the polish tools to minimize that faceting effect - polish by groups if you have polygroups set up correctly.
