How to create personal brand with complicated surname?

So I've been wanting to make my own personal brand, create Instagram and ArtStation account for it, but the main problem I've been facing is how should I name it... I have a very complicated and hard to spell surname. My real name is okay I guess, except in wastern world it's pronounced differently (Cica, but it's pronounced TS-ee-TS-ah).

What do you guys think, what should I do about my last name, do I make up something entirely new? And should I even change my first name because of different pronounciation? Will it make thins complicated in the future?

You can create a nickname for yourself, or still use your surename as your brand of only a part of your surname. Here is a good example https://www.artstation.com/artwork/nQ4Av6 Edon Guraziu created a brand named GURA which is based on a part of his surname.
